Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your n.y.a. girl design, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. To initiate a return, please reply to your order confirmation email indicating the design you would like to return (for multiple-design orders) and include the following information:

• Picture of n.y.a. girl design
• Reason for return, e.g., damaged or wrong design
• State of return, e.g., unworn

Discounted and SALE items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. 

Store credit will be issued immediately upon receipt of the requested information. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days following receipt of requested information. Replacements for designs damaged within 30 days of purchase will be mailed out within 5-7 business days. Shipping
